Graphics Designer – Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print initiatives.

• Create graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid ads, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and various marketing collateral.

• Generate innovative concepts while adhering to existing brand standards.

• Prepare files ready for production for both digital and print formats.

• Design and refresh email campaigns using marketing or CMS platforms as needed.

• Export, organize, and manage design files in accordance with internal file management protocols.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to integrate feedback and complete projects on time.

• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative outputs.

• Handle multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• A thorough understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation.

• Experience with Google Workspace or similar cloud-based collaboration tools.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Keen attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.

• Comfortable working in a remote team setting.

• Must be available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time, aligned with North American business hours.
