Graphics Designer – Framer, Video Editing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Website (Framer): Design, construct, and manage Zania’s marketing website using Framer. You will develop high-converting, animated, and pixel-perfect landing pages at startup speed.

• Create High-Impact Graphics: Produce a variety of materials, including LinkedIn campaign assets, technical diagrams, polished sales decks, and one-pagers. You will convert intricate AI and security concepts into clear, eye-catching visuals.

• Edit Engaging Video Content: Refine and enhance product demos, founder interviews, webinars, and short-form social media clips. You understand how to pace a video to captivate enterprise buyers.

• Enhance the Brand: Collaborate directly with the founders and the Growth team to advance Zania’s visual identity. You will guarantee that every touchpoint—from a cold email GIF to a flagship website hero video—exudes quality.

• Deliver Quickly: We avoid lengthy agency feedback loops. You will conceptualize, design, build, and publish with a high degree of autonomy and rapid turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and video editing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or creative agency setting.

• Strong expertise in Framer (this is essential—you must be able to create what you design).

• Proficiency in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop).

• An impressive portfolio that showcases your versatility: we want to see Framer sites you have built, graphic assets you have designed, and videos you have edited.
