This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design artwork inspired by sports for physical merchandise.

• Transform concepts into files that are ready for production.

• Create marketing materials to facilitate product launches.

• Work collaboratively with both creative and production teams.

• Verify that files are precise, clean, and suitable for factory use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Demonstrated experience in creating: Digital advertisements, Web banners, E-commerce product images (experience with Amazon listings is a plus!), and Marketing flyers.

• Capability to design within established brand guidelines while enhancing visual storytelling.

• Experience in creating and managing tech packs for production purposes.

• Strong knowledge of: Print-ready files, Color separation, Production specifications, and File organization and layer management.

• Detail-oriented and adept at preparing final artwork for factories.

• Nice to Haves: A strong interest or experience in: MLB, NHL, NCAA, NBA, NFL; experience in designing sports-related merchandise; a solid understanding of sports fan culture and licensed product aesthetics; capability to develop sports product concepts from the ground up; and experience collaborating with overseas production teams.
