This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Creating graphic materials for marketing activities: landing pages, advertisements, banners, social media, presentations.
• Designing and optimizing product interfaces and onboarding materials (UX/UI).
• Participating in the development and enhancement of a cohesive visual system for the Responso brand.
• Collaborating on video productions and tutorial creation (e.g., preparing graphics, animations, and editing).
• Working alongside the content, product, and development teams on project execution.
• Preparing and exporting assets ready for deployment (web, mobile, print).
• Conducting UX analysis and suggesting improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working as a designer (graphic + UX/UI).
• An impressive portfolio showcasing experience in designing advertising banners, email marketing graphics, social media visuals, logos, and product/interface designs (UX/UI). Infographics, presentations, and print projects are also welcome.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma (our primary work tool).
• Understanding of social media platform specifics (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in the context of designing marketing graphics.
• Practical experience in designing and optimizing digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and tracking the dynamically changing requirements of these platforms.
• Ability to create strong key visuals and develop consistent graphic concepts for all online formats (digital first).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and at least a good understanding of Adobe After Effects.
• Skill in designing and creating short animations (motion graphics) for marketing purposes (e.g., video ads, animated banners, social media content).
• A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design work and product/interface projects.
• Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Ability to proactively identify visual and product issues and propose innovative and effective solutions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (the work environment is dynamic and project diversity is high).
• Experience in designing and preparing offline materials for print (DTP), including POS (Point of Sale) elements and trade show visualizations.
• Communicative proficiency in English.
