Graphic Designer – Static Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create static ad visuals that effectively utilize typography, hierarchy, and layout to capture attention and ensure clarity.

• Convert straightforward briefs and brand guidelines into various on-brand alternatives for testing purposes.

• Primarily utilize Photoshop for quick, precise production and retouching, while also using Figma as a secondary tool for layout systems and feedback.

• Integrate AI tools to brainstorm, experiment with styles, and produce efficient variations without compromising quality.

• Consistently generate 9-10 composites each day while upholding design standards.

• Revise based on feedback, simplifying messages to focus on the most important elements.

• Work in partnership with other designers to share patterns, templates, and best practices that enhance production efficiency.

• Proactively communicate timelines, obstacles, and trade-offs through written channels (Slack, email).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing ad creatives or visuals focused on conversions.

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop (this is an essential tool) for compositing, typography, and quick iterations under tight deadlines.

• Comfortable using Figma for layouts, components, and collaborative reviews.

• Practical experience incorporating AI into the design process, as it will be extensively utilized within this team.

• Experience in creating advertisements is necessary; familiarity with Facebook or paid social platforms is a plus.

• A thoughtful and methodical approach, balancing creativity with disciplined file management and consistency.

• Able to remain calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills to achieve daily and weekly targets without cutting corners.

• A clear written communicator who flourishes in an 80% independent, 20% collaborative work environment and is open to feedback.
