Graphic Designer – SMM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design visually captivating banners and graphics for various social media platforms.

• Create and enhance AI-generated visuals, incorporating them into high-quality marketing materials.

• Ensure a cohesive visual style across all social media marketing (SMM) assets.

• Develop and modify design templates tailored for social media requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with SMM managers and the creative team.

• Contribute innovative ideas and investigate new AI tools and workflows to enhance visual storytelling.

• Prepare design materials in accordance with project briefs and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a focus on social media marketing.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator is an added advantage.

• Practical experience with AI image generation tools and capability to incorporate AI-produced assets into production-ready designs.

• Knowledge of prompting techniques and AI-driven creative processes.

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.

• Awareness of current visual trends in social media and AI-generated content.

• Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Capability to work collaboratively and be receptive to feedback.
