This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Design and implement innovative creative assets for various client projects simultaneously.

• Develop and uphold brand identities, including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines.

• Create website and digital design elements using Figma (UI layouts, landing pages, visual concepts).

• Produce printed materials such as business cards, brochures, postcards, and trade show/event banners.

• Design presentation decks (PowerPoint/pitch decks) for storytelling and business development purposes.

• Generate B2B social media content, mainly for LinkedIn (carousels, quote posts, founder/company announcements).

• Adapt creative concepts for various formats (digital ↔ print ↔ web).

• Transform client feedback into polished, production-ready design outputs.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or multi-client setting.

• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in branding & identity systems, web/UI design, and print marketing collateral.

• Proficiency in Figma (a must for digital projects).

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

• Experience with PowerPoint (or similar presentation tools).

• Solid understanding of visual branding systems and their adaptation across different formats.

• Experience creating content for B2B marketing or LinkedIn campaigns.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines.
