Graphic Designer – Hospitality Brands

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create visually captivating designs for hospitality brands, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, and lifestyle venues.

• Develop marketing materials such as social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, menus, presentations, and in-store branding.

• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to conceptualize and implement campaigns that align with brand strategies.

• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all outputs.

• Design assets for both online and offline media, ensuring versatility across various formats and platforms.

• Execute photo editing, retouching, and composition using Adobe Photoshop to elevate brand storytelling.

• Keep abreast of design trends, particularly within the hospitality and lifestyle sectors, to introduce fresh and innovative concepts.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and upholding high design standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in **Graphic Design** and **Visual Design principles**, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Advanced expertise in **Adobe Photoshop**, with practical experience in image editing, manipulation, and creating digital artwork.

• Familiarity with additional design software like Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is an advantage.

• Capability to transform brand briefs into visually attractive and impactful designs.

• Strong attention to detail and an exceptional eye for aesthetics, particularly suited for premium and hospitality-oriented brands.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to accept feedback constructively and efficiently iterate designs.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects, especially in branding, marketing creatives, and digital design.
