Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement high-quality print and digital marketing materials.

• Showcase property listings effectively.

• Enhance the personal branding of agents.

• Fortify the overall corporate identity.

• Work collaboratively with a dynamic marketing team.

• Produce a self-introduction video lasting 1–2 minutes.

• Submit documentation regarding device specifications, internet speed, equipment, and work setup.

• Complete English proficiency and personality assessments.

• Provide references for background checks and qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the real estate sector in Australia.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Must provide personal equipment.

• USB headset equipped with noise-canceling capabilities.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 50 Mbps through a cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Availability to work from 7AM to 4PM Manila time, Monday to Friday.

• English proficiency test is mandatory.

• Personality assessment is required.

• Registration with BIR and adherence to necessary government contributions.

• BIR tax, NBI or Police Clearance, and a Government ID are required.

• Work-from-home environment should be quiet, spacious, and able to be closed off.

• Must meet standard IT, security, system monitoring, and productivity requirements.

• Agreement as an independent contractor under Singapore law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
