This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, modify, and finalize graphic materials for corporate events, social media, presentations, advertisements, and institutional content.
• Create visual identity components for conferences, including banners, totems, LED screens, badges, backdrops, and signage.
• Ensure brand consistency for event brands and Blueprintt across various formats, both digital and print.
• Prepare print files with careful attention to bleed, safety margins, color settings, and calibration.
• Collaborate with branding, marketing, and video teams to synchronize campaigns and visual concepts.
• Maintain organized files in Figma, adhering to standardized versioning and naming practices.
• Expertise in Figma for creating, componentizing, and implementing design systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of motion design (After Effects, animated Canva, or similar) is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and grid systems.
• Ability to follow, adapt, and evolve visual identities while ensuring consistency across events and brands.
• Sharp eye for balance between digital and print formats.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and a solid sense of ownership over deliverables.
• Self-sufficient in managing your own workflow while remaining aligned with team objectives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in all deliverables.
• Effective communication with partnering areas (marketing, video, and content).
• Proactive in suggesting solutions and anticipating project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related fields.
• Certifications in Figma, Adobe, Motion Design, print production, or event design are beneficial.
• A practical portfolio is required, showcasing technical skills and aesthetic sensibility.
