Graphic Designer, Finished Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute and finalize artwork across various mediums including brand, digital, print, social media, retail, and physical environments, ensuring all outputs are ready for production.

• Interpret creative briefs provided by the Art Director or Creative Director, focusing on execution without ownership of strategy.

• Prepare precise print-ready files that adhere to the correct bleed, trims, color profiles, and specifications.

• Distribute assets across multiple touchpoints effectively.

• Take charge of resizing, finishing, and preparing artwork, which includes creating print-ready files, establishing die lines, and ensuring all assets comply with production standards.

• Work with die lines and packaging layouts with a high degree of accuracy.

• Maintain organized file structures, adhere to naming conventions, and manage asset systems efficiently.

• Handle an average of two briefs daily, equating to approximately five major tasks each week.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, managing around seven clients weekly, and sometimes more.

• Quickly adapt to new brands and their respective guidelines.

• Work in conjunction with the traffic manager, art directors, creative director, designers, and account service teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Previous agency experience is essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple briefs with tight deadlines.

• Strong technical skills in artwork finalization, encompassing print production, file setup, brand guideline application, and rollouts of multi-format assets.

• Extensive experience in preparing print-ready artwork and adhering to production specifications.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, and file accuracy, with a strong emphasis on precision and consistency.

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work with a proactive work style that communicates availability, requests new tasks, and updates on progress or obstacles.

• Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in a remote working environment.

• Willingness to integrate into the team culture despite the remote setup.

• High level of organization and file management capabilities.

• Flexibility to work on either Australia or Dubai Time based on workload demands.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in 3D design/renders for physical spaces, bars, or displays.

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

• Familiarity with Figma (must still be able to export to Adobe).

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) for ideation or design enhancement.
