This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
β’ Digital Asset Development: Create visually striking content for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertisements.
β’ Ecommerce Enhancement: Design web banners, assets for landing pages, and product infographics that improve the user experience and boost conversion rates.
β’ Brand Cohesion: Uphold and advance the brand's visual identity across all channels, ensuring a unified appearance and feel.
β’ Campaign Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing and Performance teams to generate innovative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales initiatives (e.g., Black Friday).
β’ Creative Refinement: Evaluate the success of your designs and make adjustments based on analytics and feedback to optimize ROAS.
β’ Photo/Video Partnership: Perform basic retouching on product images and produce motion graphics or short-form video content for advertisements.
β’ Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong preference for candidates with an Ecommerce or Digital Agency background.
β’ Portfolio: A portfolio that highlights performance-driven design (ads, landing pages, email marketing) is required.
β’ Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma. Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant advantage.
β’ Ecommerce Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy designed for online consumers.
β’ Communication Skills: Excellent English language abilities (both written and verbal) are essential for working with an international team.
β’ Project Management: Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
β’ Work Environment: Fully comfortable operating in a completely remote setting.
