Graphic Designer – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and create intelligent, strategic design concepts.

• Produce marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, encompassing various formats such as digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets).

• Articulate design concepts both verbally and visually to team members and clients.

• Collaborate with the design team to establish and uphold brand standards, ensuring top-quality outcomes and a cohesive aesthetic across all materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a graphic designer, preferably in Email Marketing, with a single employer where you can demonstrate consistent achievements.

• Strong grasp of design principles.

• Availability of 30-35 hours per week (140 hours per month).

• Must be available and responsive between 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Monday to Friday).

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (native proficiency is not required).

• Previous experience working remotely is highly beneficial.

• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.

• A results-oriented mindset every day.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Capacity to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).

• A laptop or PC with a reliable, fast internet connection.
