Graphic Designer – Chinese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of creative materials for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion formats where relevant.

• Simplify intricate financial and trading ideas into visually appealing, engaging, and brand-aligned graphics.

• Collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns, product introductions, and ongoing communications.

• Ensure that all creative outputs comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and regional compliance requirements.

• Tailor global creative concepts for local markets, considering cultural, linguistic, and market-specific factors.

• Provide mentorship and creative direction to agency designers or regional partners as needed.

• Manage various projects concurrently, maintaining a balance of speed, precision, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Actively participate in the brand's evolution by identifying opportunities to enhance design systems, templates, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, trading, or other similarly regulated sectors.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across digital platforms, branding, and marketing materials.

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva); experience with motion or video tools is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.

• Experience working with regional or international markets; knowledge of Asia-Pacific audiences is highly beneficial.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design choices.
