Graphic Designer – Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Complete responsibility for the development of the Boosters brand.

• Opportunity to not only tackle design tasks but also actively contribute to the evolution of style, propose personal solutions, develop the brand’s visual language, and directly influence the future of Boosters in the coming years.

• The primary focus of the role (approximately 80% of the time) is on enhancing the Boosters brand through the creation of high-quality visual communication.

• Creation of visual materials for social media;

• Design for external special projects and marketing initiatives;

• Development of materials for internal communication: presentations, postcards, merchandise, event decorations, and other corporate activities;

• Support and development of the Boosters brand’s visual language.

• Assistance to product teams in creating graphic materials, including email banners, icons, pictograms, illustrations, and other graphic elements as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deep understanding of fundamental graphic design principles: typography, composition, modular grids, color, visual hierarchy;

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop;

• Basic knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects or alternatives) for creating simple animations;

• Understanding of branding principles and brand system development: ability to work within a style and evolve it;

• Experience in creating templated design systems and scalable libraries of graphic materials;

• Understanding of design characteristics for various channels: social media, presentations, printed materials, merchandise, email communications, and web;

• Experience preparing layouts for print and knowledge of basic requirements for different production technologies (printing, merchandise, promotional products);

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or no-code/web-coding tools for automating graphic creation will be an advantage;

• Experience using AI tools in the design process (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, Figma AI, etc.) to expedite work and automate routine tasks.
