Brand Design Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance 0G's brand identity, encompassing typography, color schemes, imagery, motion graphics, and illustrations.

• Create and sustain a scalable brand system that includes guidelines, templates, and reusable components.

• Guarantee brand consistency across web platforms, social media, events, content, and presentations.

• Convert brand and marketing strategies into visual systems and narrative-driven creative work.

• Spearhead creative development for product launches, marketing campaigns, community activations, and ecosystem events.

• Design or oversee the creation of social graphics, video content, website updates, keynote presentations, and event materials.

• Collaborate with leadership on narrative and positioning, playing a key role in shaping the brand story.

• Manage and guide external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in brand design, brand communications, or creative direction at a senior level.

• Background at a leading brand agency or a globally recognized company.

• A robust portfolio showcasing identity systems, campaign creative, storytelling, and high-quality visual execution across both digital and physical formats.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to brand narrative and strategy.

• Ability to work effectively at a fast pace in a startup environment with changing priorities.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Preferred: experience in consumer-facing or growth-oriented brand projects.

• Preferred: background in crypto, AI, or products focused on developers.

• Preferred: skills in motion design, 3D design, or video direction.

• Preferred: experience in supporting public relations, event marketing, or integrated campaigns.
