This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create engaging visual concepts and design strategies for social media, campaigns, branding, content, and digital experiences.
• Analyze creative and strategic briefs to develop insightful and visually appealing design solutions.
• Offer concepts, references, mood boards, mock-ups, and creative explorations prepared for presentation.
• Integrate innovative thinking and contemporary visual culture into all projects.
• Produce high-quality creative work across various platforms, including social media content, campaign materials, presentations, digital advertisements, out-of-home (OOH), motion design references, and branded experiences.
• Design layouts and visual systems that are adaptable to various formats, channels, and markets.
• Employ strong typography, composition, color theory, motion awareness, and storytelling principles in every project.
• 2–6 years of experience in design for digital, social, campaign, and brand environments within agencies, studios, or creative settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• - Conceptual thinking
• - Visual craftsmanship
• - Execution across multiple platforms
• Advanced skills in:
• - Figma
• - Google Slides
• - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Comfortable working within design systems and presentation workflows.
• Knowledge of:
• - Motion design principles
• - Interaction design
• - Social-first design strategies
• Experience in designing for:
• - Integrated campaigns
• - Social media content
• - Branding projects
• - Digital touchpoints
• Strong grasp of production processes and final artwork preparation for both digital and print formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and emerging technologies such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, Figma AI, or similar platforms.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience working across APAC markets.
