This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee graphic design initiatives from initial concept through to final execution.
• Implement graphic design projects from inception to completion, seeking guidance from senior designers as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to transform ideas and messaging into captivating visual content.
• Create and produce both short and long format documents such as white papers, professional reports, presentations, and other editorial style materials, with a strong emphasis on layout, hierarchy, and readability.
• Direct document setup and layout using Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency, structural integrity, and brand alignment across intricate, multi-page documents.
• Develop and enhance visual assets for print, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Edit, update, and modify existing design files while preserving brand consistency and layout integrity.
• Share insights and engage in team discussions regarding design direction and creative solutions.
• Remain informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to facilitate efficient, high-quality output.
• Clearly present design concepts and respond positively to feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Adobe InDesign as the primary software for document setup and layout.
• Experience in designing both short and long-form documents, including white papers, reports, or other professional publications.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects, particularly showcasing document layout, editorial design, or professional report work.
• Understanding of web design and best practices, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
• Experience in creating graphics and reusable templates for videography (e.g., lower thirds, title cards, overlays, or motion-ready layouts) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail, formatting, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent ability to interpret, challenge, and work from creative briefs.
• Confident in presenting concepts clearly and rationalizing design decisions.
• Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and applying feedback from various stakeholders.
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and a background in advertising or agency work is highly regarded.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
