This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop graphic design projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Implement graphic design initiatives from inception to completed assets, with support from senior designers as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to transform messaging and ideas into captivating visual content.
• Design and produce both short- and long-format documents, including white papers, professional reports, presentations, and other editorial-style materials, with a strong emphasis on layout, hierarchy, and readability.
• Oversee document set-up and layout utilizing Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency, structure, and brand alignment across intricate, multi-page documents.
• Create and enhance visual assets for print, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Edit, update, and modify existing design files while preserving brand consistency and layout integrity.
• Share innovative ideas and actively participate in team discussions regarding design direction and creative solutions.
• Remain informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to facilitate efficient, high-quality outputs.
• Clearly present design concepts and constructively respond to feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign as the primary tool for document setup and layout.
• Experience in designing both short- and long-form documents, including white papers, reports, or other professional publications.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects, with clear examples of document layout, editorial design, or professional report work highly encouraged.
• Web design experience and an understanding of web best practices (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is desirable).
• Experience in creating graphics and reusable templates for videography (e.g., lower thirds, title cards, overlays, or motion-ready layouts) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma is highly regarded.
• A keen eye for detail, formatting, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent ability to interpret, challenge, and work from creative briefs.
• Confident in presenting concepts clearly and justifying design decisions.
• Skilled in gathering, interpreting, and implementing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, and a background in advertising or agency work is highly regarded.
