This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the development of graphic design projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Implement graphic design projects from inception to completed assets, with guidance from senior designers as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to transform messaging and ideas into captivating visual content.
• Create and produce both short and long format documents such as white papers, professional reports, presentations, and other editorial style materials, emphasizing layout, hierarchy, and readability.
• Spearhead document setup and layout utilizing Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency, structure, and brand alignment throughout intricate, multi-page documents.
• Develop and refine visual assets for print, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Modify, update, and adapt existing design files while preserving brand consistency and layout integrity.
• Contribute ideas and participate in team discussions regarding design direction and creative solutions.
• Remain informed about current design trends, tools, and best practices to facilitate efficient, high-quality outputs.
• Clearly present design concepts and respond constructively to feedback.
• Handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Adobe InDesign as the main software for document setup and layout.
• Experience in designing both short and long-form documents, including white papers, reports, or other professional publications.
• A strong portfolio that highlights a range of design projects, particularly showcasing document layout, editorial design, or professional report work.
• Experience in web design and a solid understanding of web best practices (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred).
• Desired experience in creating graphics and reusable templates for videography (e.g., lower thirds, title cards, overlays, or motion-ready layouts).
• Familiarity with Figma is highly valued.
• A keen eye for detail, formatting, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent skills in interpreting, challenging, and working from creative briefs.
• Confident in presenting concepts clearly and justifying design choices.
• Proficient in gathering, interpreting, and implementing feedback from various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in motion graphics, 3D design, and advertising or agency work is highly regarded.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. (Please submit your resume in English)
