Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is eager to transition into UX/UI.

• Designing effective marketing funnels.

• Creating user flows for landing pages.

• Generating hypotheses and validating them through extensive A/B testing.

• Analyzing funnels of direct and indirect competitors.

• Assessing user behavior using internal analytics tools.

• Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web design.

• Proficient in Figma at an advanced level.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of composition, typography, and color theory.

• Business-oriented mindset—design is not just for aesthetics but primarily for increasing conversion rates.

• Ability to present information in a structured manner (research results; concept presentations; brainstorming ideas).

• Capability to justify decisions effectively.

• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

• Willingness to grow and advance in seniority.
