Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create designs for print materials, digital assets, and branding collateral

• Manage design projects from initial concept to final production

• Guarantee high-quality, timely results while adhering to brand standards

• Prepare and optimize files for various print and digital formats, including bleeds, CMYK, high resolution, responsive design, web-safe formats, and file-size optimization

• Engage in creative reviews and work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership teams

• Convert project goals into compelling designs and enhance assets based on feedback

• Keep project files organized, maintain version control, and manage brand asset libraries

• Develop design campaigns targeted at hunting and outdoor enthusiasts

• Remain updated with the latest design trends, typography, print production methods, and new digital design tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field across various mediums

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

• Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, and commercial print production standards

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Capability to present and justify creative decisions

• Detail-oriented approach

• Proficient in handling multiple projects concurrently and adapting to changing priorities

• Ability to produce high-quality work in a dynamic environment

• Impressive and varied portfolio showcasing print and digital works, such as editorial layouts, branding, packaging, social media, and web assets
