This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Transform value narratives into visitor journeys that drive lead generation.
• You will be the primary custodian of Synera's website design: overseeing new pages, redesign efforts, layout enhancements, and the overall design system.
• Develop repeatable, automated design workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, Nano Banana, or any effective solution to scale asset production, standardize recurring formats, and allow more time for creative tasks that require a human touch.
• Produce assets across all marketing channels: social media posts, email headers, event materials, trade show collateral, one-pagers, whitepapers, and advertisements. If it’s not on the website, you will assist in designing and producing materials for campaigns across digital, social, email, and print platforms.
• Oversee brand evolution, the design system, and shared asset libraries.
• Within the first 6 months: take complete ownership of the website and implement visitor journeys for at least two target personas with measurable lead-generation outcomes.
• By the end of 12 months: ensure that website visitor journeys are data-informed and continuously refined; you will have significantly increased the team's design output through AI automation and templating, while independently managing web and social design for comprehensive campaigns from start to finish.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in B2B web design, landing pages, and the creation of marketing assets.
• Demonstrated success in designing for lead generation and conversion; you comprehend what motivates action, rather than just aesthetic appeal.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite at an expert level.
• Proven experience in constructing repeatable, AI-driven workflows (not simply "I’ve used Midjourney"): for example, n8n pipelines, LLM-based content-to-design workflows, batch processing, and templated generation systems. You have established frameworks that enhance output.
• Strong grasp of responsive web design principles and the capability to create layouts that are practical as well as visually attractive.
• Experience in generating assets across various platforms: web, social media, email, and print.
• Solid UX insights: capable of mapping user journeys, organizing information hierarchies, and designing for distinct audience segments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to initiate projects from a broad brief without needing detailed specifications.
• Proficient in using Webflow for landing pages, content updates, and layout adjustments without needing developer assistance for every modification.
• Strong English language skills suitable for working in an international business context.
• Bonus — capabilities in front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype or implement solutions without relying on developers.
• Skills in motion design/animation (three.js, Lottie, After Effects, Rive).
• Experience in B2B/SaaS or marketing directed at engineering audiences.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, heatmaps) to guide design decisions.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• B2-level proficiency in French is a plus for our expansion into France (optional).
