Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the principal artists for all Tier-3 print and digital design under the guidance of the Creative Director.

• Act as creative leads on specific high-tier projects, overseeing them from concept through to final delivery.

• Provide ongoing mentorship and design-focused education to production artists and partners through one-on-one sessions and presentations.

• Manage and prioritize high-tier projects effectively.

• Complete assigned design and production tasks, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Create original artwork, including advertisements, coupons, and point-of-sale promotions.

• Produce high-fidelity digital compositions and layouts for responsive microsites.

• Refine, retouch, clip, and mask images as needed.

• Review and adhere to client brand standards and guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that can be adapted across various media platforms.

• Work alongside account and design teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Stay updated on industry tools and trends.

• Prepare creative concepts and present them to management and PMO/Account teams for collaboration and approval.

• Apply pre-press modifications to artwork to comply with defined production specifications.

• Maintain and support a library of creative and client assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 4 years of experience as a professional graphic designer or production artist.

• Must have experience working on a MAC platform and be highly proficient with Adobe CC applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Practical experience with marketing design concepts and brand standards is essential.

• Required print production experience, including understanding CMYK/spot color, special effects, substrates, and ensuring trouble-free deliverables to varying specifications.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects within deadlines.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in training individuals and groups on technical processes, software, and techniques.

• Capable of working independently without supervision.

• Organized and efficient multitasker.

• Experience in sales and/or customer service.

• A decisive decision-maker.

• A personable individual with strong interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with managing Project Management Software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A portfolio is required.

• Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
