Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create digital and print materials such as web graphics, social media posts, email templates, event materials, trade show exhibits, and sales collateral.

• Produce visually appealing product one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and white papers that effectively communicate Sitero solutions.

• Design infographics and data visualizations that clarify intricate clinical trial workflows, proof points, and product features for target audiences.

• Assist in the creation of presentation decks for executive leadership, client proposals, and industry events (e.g., SCOPE, DIA).

• Uphold and enhance Sitero's brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual uniformity across all platforms.

• Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to develop optimized creative assets for paid advertising, landing pages, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Product team to address UX/UI requirements, including product screenshots, UI mockups, and in-app visual components.

• Oversee design projects, adhering to deadlines in a dynamic, innovative environment.

• Source and manage licensed photography, illustrations, and icons that align with brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, life sciences, healthcare IT, or technology sectors.

• A strong portfolio that showcases proficiency in both digital and print media.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

• Experience designing for clinical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry audiences is highly desirable.

• A solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to convert technical or scientific ideas into clear, visually engaging content.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) — English is our primary working language.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
