This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Collaborate closely with the team to create visually appealing communication materials that align with the brand.

• Design unique, on-brand content including illustrations, infographics, and character designs.

• Develop visual templates for presentations, social media posts, and recurring content.

• Take initiative in shaping the ‘Catalog narrative’ from a visual perspective.

• Enhance the existing brand book to establish comprehensive brand identity guidelines.

• Contribute ideas and provide feedback on all creative tasks to support the team.

• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and stand-ups to develop concepts and update on progress.

• Proven experience as a designer (both in-house and freelance) with a strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects.

• Practical experience in logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, and print production.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma.

• Familiarity with additional design tools is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A keen interest in blockchain and DeFi (decentralized finance) to effectively convey technical concepts to the target audience.

• Prior experience in producing a variety of digital assets, including motion graphics and animations.

• Ability to thrive in an agile, remote work environment.
