Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create innovative assets for social media, marketing initiatives, and the company website.

• Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and various visual communications.

• Design employer branding materials aimed at attracting talent and enhancing employee engagement.

• Produce internal communication content for employees and teams.

• Modify creative assets for diverse digital platforms, formats, and target audiences.

• Ensure visual coherence across all brand communications and materials.

• Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects.

• Edit images and perform basic photo retouching tasks.

• Create and tailor visual content in accordance with established brand guidelines.

• Maintain, organize, and update the company’s design asset library.

• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva.

• Basic video editing abilities using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and branding.

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant professional work.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent time management skills.
