Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop exceptional Keynote presentations for a diverse array of clients, tailored to various screen types, sizes, and proportions.

• Generate graphic design outputs such as signage, posters, badges, EDMs, presentation PowerPoints, and booklets.

• Deliver work that is on-brand, timely, precise, and efficient.

• Collaborate with Technical Directors, Experiential Designers, and Sales Leads to fulfill creative briefs.

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while meeting targets, schedules, and budget constraints.

• Spearhead the evolution of design trends and direction.

• Foster ongoing enhancement in design and infrastructure practices.

• Update weekly Work in Progress reports and take necessary actions.

• Adhere to internal timelines and deadlines established during weekly Work in Progress meetings.

• Cultivate and advocate for the Creative Department.

• Provide innovative creative solutions.

• Estimate design service costs for both internal and external clients.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail and discretion regarding confidential information.

• Position Encore Event Technologies as a long-term production partner, not just an AV and staging provider.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in project management and client relationship management is a plus.

• Exceptional proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Extensive experience in creating Keynote projects for large-scale, complex events featuring significant video content.

• Proven ability to produce a wide range of on-brand, precise, print- or screen-ready graphic design materials.

• Capability to design and organize templates that are both detailed and clear.

• Talent for resolving creative, technical, and production challenges.

• Significant experience delivering high volumes of design work in unique shapes and pixel dimensions for large screens.

• Strong understanding of design principles.

• Solid grasp of animation principles.

• Awareness of current techniques, technology, and creative trends.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, efficiency, accuracy, and time management skills.

• Financial management capabilities and understanding of project costs and hours.

• Ability to convert client requirements into job specifications.

• Capacity to work within tight deadlines and limited resources.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly developed customer service abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple competing deadlines.

• Comfortable operating in a high-volume, quick-turnaround environment.

• Strong decision-making, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Willingness to work after hours when required and attend industry events.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality.

• Prior experience in creating architectural pre-visualization using Unreal Engine is highly valued.

• Knowledge of technical and event production is highly regarded.
