This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Create report and ebook PDFs (whitepapers, research reports, ebooks) that align with both the client's brand standards and ours.
• Transform data into visuals that clearly convey insights rather than just creating aesthetically pleasing charts.
• Develop custom diagrams from initial sketches, turning a vague concept into a cohesive visual representation.
• Oversee print magazine design, collaborating with our editorial team to produce layouts that are worth keeping.
• Design social and digital assets that maintain consistency across a client's various channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery without needing follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with marketers, writers, and editors to ensure that the design and content are aligned in their messaging.
• You possess a portfolio that demonstrates diversity in both digital (social, web assets) and print (magazines, reports) formats.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
• You pay meticulous attention to detail and can refine a rough idea into a polished, professional final product.
• You are receptive to feedback and use it to enhance your work, not merely to make edits.
• You can manage multiple deadlines without compromising on quality.
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and understand that design supports the strategy, not the other way around.
• You are self-motivated, setting your own schedule, taking ownership of your projects, and providing updates proactively.
• You are eager to learn, willing to ask for assistance when needed, and ready to help others in return. You pave your own path as you progress.
