Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create web graphics, video thumbnails, icons, and illustrations for websites and social media, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

• Develop and format web pages based on wireframe designs.

• Publish blog entries on WordPress and manage digital assets within the content management system.

• Design production-ready marketing materials such as brochures, banners, signage, and business cards, adhering to vendor specifications for color profiles and bleed.

• Source and edit images for email marketing and social media platforms.

• Produce visual diagrams that clarify complex product concepts.

• Export production-ready files in formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector.

• Oversee the workflow from the initial brief to the final publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Demonstrated experience in publishing and managing assets in WordPress.

• Capability to construct a high-quality webpage directly from wireframes.

• A diverse portfolio showcasing excellence in both digital and print design.

• Experience collaborating effectively within remote teams.

• Self-motivated with the ability to identify solutions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks or potential project delays.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with AI prompting and AI-assisted design processes, such as Claude.

• Nice-to-have: skills in Figma and HubSpot.

• Nice-to-have: basic video editing capabilities for social media, such as using Descript.

• Nice-to-have: experience in audio-visual, video production, or B2B technology sectors.

• Nice-to-have: background in content marketing and social media strategy.
