Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create e-commerce listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store pages for Amazon.

• Support the development of social media extension graphics for brands.

• Design clear, conversion-oriented layouts that quickly convey benefits.

• Produce iconography, infographics, and comparison visuals.

• Ensure all designs adhere to technical specifications and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Art Director and marketing teams to bring product narratives to life.

• Refine designs based on performance data and feedback.

• Implement brand guidelines across the brand’s extended creative presence.

• Organize and deliver final assets for upload and testing purposes.

• Provide design assistance for new business proposals, presentations, and collaborative creative tasks.

• Help streamline workflows, enhance design processes, and elevate the overall quality of the team’s output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of graphic design experience; experience in eCommerce or performance marketing is a plus.

• Strong grasp of conversion-driven design principles.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite, and Teamwork or similar platforms.

• Capable of utilizing AI tools for design creation.

• Skilled in designing within strict constraints and fixed formats.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.

• Proactive and takes initiative.

• Possesses a growth-oriented mindset.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and assets effectively.

• Experience in designing Amazon creative content or product listings is preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Stores is advantageous.

• Knowledge of CRO, UX, or performance marketing is beneficial.

• Understanding the impact of design on Amazon SEO and shopper behavior is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with paid media or growth teams is a bonus.

• Must utilize TimeDoctor during work hours.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work there.

• Must possess a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
