Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing advertising creatives for performance marketing initiatives on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Collaborating with user acquisition specialists, the creative producer, and analysts to brainstorm concepts, evaluate hypotheses, analyze outcomes, and enhance creative effectiveness.

• Conducting competitor analysis and market research, converting insights into actionable strategies tailored to our target demographic.

• Investigating and experimenting with innovative design solutions and creative ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a Marketing Designer or Graphic Designer role.

• Proven experience in producing ad creatives for digital platforms.

• Strong expertise in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) to independently create visual materials.

• Familiarity with motion design software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere).

• Capability to assess creative performance and formulate hypotheses for ongoing enhancement.

• A portfolio showcasing examples of completed work and innovative creative concepts.
