Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create impactful landing pages, collection banners, and promotional materials.

• Actively suggest UI/UX enhancements to improve user experience and site efficiency.

• Develop high-performing static and video advertisements for platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

• Leverage performance metrics and A/B testing data to refine designs and boost ROAS.

• Simplify intricate drone specifications and workflows into accessible infographics, diagrams, and e-learning resources.

• Ensure consistent visual branding across all platforms.

• Oversee the digital asset library, guaranteeing access to optimized brand resources.

• Collaborate with the SEO and Content teams to embed high-quality visuals in blogs and site updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Design, with a demonstrated history in a dynamic marketing setting.

• Experience in E-commerce, Technology, or the Drone Industry is a plus.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Skilled in video editing with strong capabilities in Premiere Pro and After Effects, able to transform raw footage into compelling marketing content.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, including designing for "the fold," mobile responsiveness, and effective user flows.

• A keen interest in the technical aspects of the UAS industry, or a willingness to learn; ability to differentiate between consumer drones and enterprise thermal units in design work.

• Prioritize design and UI/UX experience, with video production as a supplementary skill.

• Familiarity with data-driven design approaches, including A/B testing and ROAS, is highly desirable.

• A robust portfolio that highlights examples of designs such as advertisements, website imagery, or other pertinent design projects.
