This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Develop impactful assets for advertisements, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that achieve measurable outcomes.
• Take ownership of and enhance the company’s visual identity, ensuring it remains unique, consistent, and ready for future challenges across all markets.
• Collaborate with teams in marketing, sales, and employer branding to align visual elements with strategic objectives and optimize performance.
• Transform brand strategy and data insights into engaging visuals that captivate and convert target audiences.
• Work efficiently and accurately—experimenting, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
• Design visually appealing materials for internal events, investor presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Keep abreast of creative and digital trends to consistently enhance design quality and effectiveness.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with fast-paced brands, technology startups, or creative agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing commercial design that drives results.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (experience in motion design or 3D is an advantage).
• A strategic thinker with the capability to link design execution to overarching marketing objectives.
• Quick, dependable, and detail-oriented—able to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality.
• A strong team player who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership.
• A data-driven creative who balances aesthetic quality with design focused on conversion.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
