Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok tailored for the Asia market, encompassing digital, print, and motion formats when relevant.

• Simplify intricate financial and trading ideas into visually compelling, clear, and brand-aligned graphics.

• Work in close collaboration with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to enhance campaigns, product launches, and ongoing communications.

• Ensure that all creative outputs comply with brand standards, regulatory obligations, and regional compliance requirements.

• Modify global creative ideas for local markets, taking into account cultural, linguistic, and market-specific factors.

• Provide mentorship and creative direction to agency designers or regional collaborators as necessary.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring a balance of speed, precision, and quality within a deadline-driven setting.

• Actively participate in the brand's development by pinpointing opportunities to enhance design systems, templates, and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, trading, or other similarly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in English.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality design across digital platforms, branding, and marketing materials.

• Expert-level skills in Figma for creating digital assets, including those for Facebook and Instagram.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva); experience with motion or video tools is an advantage.

• Strong grasp of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.

• Experience engaging with regional or international markets; knowledge of Asia-Pacific audiences is highly beneficial.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various time zones and cultures.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate design choices.
