Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop logos and creative artwork while preparing pre-production graphics.

• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual uniformity and edit images to improve aesthetics.

• Participate in typesetting and layout design tasks.

• Create visually appealing website mockups featuring engaging imagery.

• Design item templates and recreate items based on specifications and photographs.

• Uphold brand standards while exploring innovative creative avenues.

• Evaluate final layouts and propose enhancements when needed.

• Collaborate closely with clients to align with their visions and manage expectations.

• Execute ad hoc assignments that correspond with the outlined design responsibilities.

• Attentively listen to clients, comprehend their objectives, and help develop impactful creative solutions.

• Incorporate branding into the objectives of partner brands served.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Ability to both provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Strong time management abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.

• Competent in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Knowledgeable in marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in graphic design.
