Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create captivating marketing materials including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and advertisements.

• Design clean and user-friendly web pages and landing pages.

• Develop and uphold a cohesive brand aesthetic across various platforms.

• Conduct fundamental user research and implement best practices in UX design.

• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience along with a robust portfolio.

• At least 2 years of experience in web design.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver ad sets and one-page websites punctually.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable design tools.

• Strong grasp of UX principles and current web design trends.

• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection: Primary internet must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. A backup connection should provide at least 10 Mbps and must be functional during power outages.

• Primary Device: A desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor, and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must perform at or above the level of an Intel Core i3 processor, be operational during power interruptions, include a working webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office space. Additionally, a smartphone is required for communication and verification purposes.
