This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Creative Development & Implementation
• Oversee the design and execution of unique projects, including packaging, event materials, exhibition assets, rebranding initiatives, and digital content.
• Convert brand strategy into innovative and high-quality creative concepts across both print and digital mediums.
• Ensure that all outputs adhere to brand guidelines, channel specifications, and commercial goals.
• Design Focus
• Packaging, Digital & Brand Identity
• Design and produce product packaging from initial concept to print-ready artwork.
• Generate and modify digital assets (web, email, paid media, social), ensuring they meet correct formats and are optimized for each channel.
• Assist in the development and refresh of brand identity projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Events & Exhibitions
• Design visual materials for events and exhibitions, including booths, signage, and promotional items.
• Ensure a unified brand narrative across both physical and digital settings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, business, and product teams to ensure creative outputs align with campaign and channel demands.
• Manage multiple stakeholders throughout projects, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.
• Project Management
• Oversee various time-sensitive, one-off projects concurrently.
• Guarantee accuracy in proofing, version control, and final asset delivery. Meet deadlines while upholding high creative standards.
• College Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year field (Arts and Design preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable graphic design experience showcased through a robust portfolio.
• Strong background in Branding and Project Management.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative Expertise: A strong portfolio that includes packaging, branding, and digital design.
• Digital Acumen: Understanding of digital asset requirements, including formats, responsiveness, and platform specifications.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy in artwork creation and production.
• Conceptual Thinking: Capability to deliver innovative and commercially viable design solutions.
• Communication & Organization: Strong skills in stakeholder management and project coordination, accompanied by a high level of professionalism and discretion.
