This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee the design development across various digital formats such as social media, online advertising, display ads, banners, emails, landing pages, and templates.
• Convert briefs and content matrices into refined, brand-aligned visual solutions that are optimized for accuracy, quality, and platform suitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, copywriters, motion designers, strategists, and ad operations—to produce polished, production-ready creative work.
• Maintain design templates and systems that facilitate scalable and consistent creative output across campaigns and platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance on your own work and oversee design deliverables at scale, ensuring compliance with specifications, performance standards, and brand consistency.
• Present your work during internal reviews, clearly articulating the design rationale with confidence.
• Integrate feedback and performance insights to enhance visuals, while offering ideas to improve audience engagement and impact.
• Remain knowledgeable about emerging platform trends, design best practices, and tactical creative strategies, providing platform-aware concepts that enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work within the EST timezone.
• 4 to 6 years of design experience, whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.
• A portfolio showcasing digital-first design work that demonstrates clarity, craftsmanship, and versatility across digital, social, and content-at-scale formats (e.g., banners, online advertising, paid social, email, templates).
• Advanced skills in creating clear, engaging, and performance-focused creative across various brands and platforms.
• Experience working with content matrices, design toolkits, briefs, and structured workflows.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, ad formats, and technical specifications, with a focus on audience engagement.
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and collaboration platforms, with particular emphasis on Figma expertise.
• A curious mindset and familiarity with generative AI and content automation tools, along with a willingness to learn how to assess and edit AI-generated outputs with guidance.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality creative efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments, including effective communication with managers and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to contribute to cross-functional team problem-solving.
• Experience in motion design and video editing is a plus.
