Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop production-ready packaging files based on provided dielines.

• Create packaging layouts in accordance with BALA brand guidelines.

• Verify that all final files are precise, well-organized, and pixel-perfect.

• Collaborate on packaging modifications and updates as required.

• Ensure consistency across various product lines and packaging systems.

• Design web assets and front-end creative components.

• Assist with website updates and visual merchandising efforts.

• Produce graphics optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Maintain visual uniformity across all digital touchpoints.

• Design marketing and promotional materials, which include: Flyers, Social media assets, Email graphics, Digital advertisements, Product and campaign visuals.

• Aid with continuous creative requests from internal teams.

• Support brand initiatives and seasonal launches.

• Adapt existing creative materials into various formats and sizes.

• Contribute to upholding a refined and cohesive brand identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably possess mid-level graphic design experience.

• Strong experience in creating packaging files from dielines is essential.

• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy.

• Ability to balance brand consistency while introducing fresh creative concepts.

• Strong skills in file management and workflow organization.

• Comfortable managing multiple creative requests and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).

• Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging setup.

• Experience in designing for e-commerce or consumer brands is preferred.

• Experience in beauty, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

• Additional creative skills are advantageous, including: Video or motion graphics, Photo retouching, 3D modeling.
