Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create impactful visual assets for various marketing channels, including website graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

• Design captivating visuals and conduct light video editing for LinkedIn and other social media platforms (short-form videos, animations, branded clips).

• Develop enticing lead magnets such as eBooks, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations.

• Produce materials related to events, including booth signage, banners, sales collateral, and promotional items.

• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to transform messaging into powerful visual narratives.

• Ensure that all creative outputs are in accordance with and enhance Hapi’s established brand guidelines.

• Assist in scaling and systematizing design output to facilitate ongoing campaign and pipeline expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.

• A robust portfolio showcasing digital design, campaign materials, and brand consistency.

• Experience in designing for web, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of design principles focused on conversion (landing pages, lead generation assets, etc.).

• Basic skills in video editing.

• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

• Capability to operate within existing brand frameworks while contributing innovative ideas for enhancement.

• Familiarity with event marketing and the development of trade show materials.

• B2/C1 level of English proficiency is required.

• Comfort in collaborating with a remote, distributed team.
