⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that impresses us. We seek evidence of your achievements—specifically, how your previous design work contributed to increased conversion rates and opt-ins. In other words, we want to see the tangible impact of your design skills on sales. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, and your application will not be considered without a portfolio.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality concepts and design solutions utilizing industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite) that effectively convey brand messaging and drive sales. Your portfolio should reflect a comprehensive understanding of engaging graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture.

• A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design field.

• Marketing knowledge: You possess the ability to research, comprehend, and implement current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas to produce content that drives sales.

• Data-oriented: You recognize the importance of metrics and know how to leverage these insights to create and refine content that delivers quantifiable results.

• Extensive Knowledge of Design and Development Tools: Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and XD. Bonus points for skills in Figma and advanced After Effects techniques.

• Experience in a digital marketing environment. If you think a ‘funnel’ is a dessert, this might not be the position for you.

• E-commerce expertise: Have your designs significantly contributed to sales on platforms like Amazon? If so, we’re already impressed.
