⛳️ Requirements

• An impressive portfolio is essential. We seek documented achievements—specifically, how your previous design projects contributed to higher conversion rates and opt-ins. In short, we want to see how your design expertise has directly influenced sales. You should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, and your application will be considered incomplete without a portfolio.

• Demonstrated ability in creating exceptional concepts and design solutions using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite) that effectively convey brand messaging and enhance sales. Your portfolio should reflect a strong grasp of engaging graphic design, typography, branding, UI, and visual design culture.

• A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design field.

• Marketing knowledge: You are adept at researching, understanding, and applying current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas to produce content that drives sales.

• Data-oriented: You comprehend metrics and know how to utilize insights to create and enhance content that yields measurable results.

• Extensive Knowledge of Design and Development Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD. Bonus points for proficiency in Figma and advanced After Effects techniques.

• Experience in a digital marketing setting. If your understanding of a ‘funnel’ pertains to baking, this may not be the position for you.

• E-commerce experience: Have your designs successfully driven significant sales on platforms such as Amazon? If so, we’re already impressed.
