Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and produce eye-catching social media content across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive library of optimized, platform-specific Canva templates for recurring social media formats.

• Assist the team with quick content turnaround for high-profile campaigns, significant corporate events, and urgent announcements.

• Design, scale, and manage both public and internal marketing templates in Canva for extensive agent and staff networks.

• Manage high-volume asset production, effectively translating intricate content and data into templates to support large-scale marketing initiatives.

• Create visually appealing email graphics, personalized components, and banners for HubSpot marketing campaigns.

• Develop and modify digital assets across a diverse range of formats (web banners, dynamic event materials, digital signage) adhering to strict, established brand guidelines.

• Assist in producing polished, corporate-facing materials such as executive presentations, strategic one-pagers, and essential internal creative communications.

• Tailor complex brand standards for executive and stakeholder-facing deliverables, ensuring flawless execution, no typographical errors, and consistent layout at every level.

• Work collaboratively with the Communications team to design visuals that support corporate announcements, reports, and high-priority leadership initiatives.

• Partner with Senior Designers to enhance creative concepts while remaining on-brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in content creation, social media design, or a corporate in-house creative role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent high-level portfolio/hands-on experience.
