Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Develop visually captivating and innovative designs for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging materials.

• Collaborate with the Content Creation team.

• Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project schedules.

• Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Introduce new design techniques to maintain the vibrancy and appeal of the company’s visuals.

• Conduct regular design evaluations and offer constructive feedback.

• Guarantee that all designs are of high quality and free from errors.

• Perform comprehensive reviews and proofing prior to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field.

• Over 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that highlights a variety of digital and print design projects.

• Proficient in Russian with good conversational skills in English.

• Experience with motion graphics and 3D design.

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

• Strong knowledge of different social media platforms to create appropriate designs.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
