This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop visual brand concepts for products in the beauty, skincare, hair care, body care, wellness, personal care, and pet care sectors.
• Assist in packaging design, label layouts, product mockups, presentations, and development materials.
• Create graphics for ecommerce, social media, digital content, advertising, and launch initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms to experiment with product visuals, lifestyle imagery, content ideas, creative concepts, and design variations.
• Create and refine AI prompts to enhance visual concepting, product development, brand direction, and creative production.
• Support various brands and product categories throughout a diverse consumer product portfolio.
• Ensure consistency across brand assets, packaging, ecommerce content, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transform product ideas, brand direction, and marketing requirements into compelling visual assets.
• Integrate feedback and apply revisions promptly while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Stay updated on trends in beauty, ecommerce, fashion, wellness, social media, packaging, and consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing project management within a dynamic, technology-oriented, or agency setting.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with the capability to convert marketing strategies into actionable plans.
• Dedicated to achieving measurable results and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and an interest in beauty, fashion, skincare, hair care, wellness, ecommerce, branding, or consumer products.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or other creative AI applications.
• A portfolio, coursework, internship experience, freelance projects, student work, or personal creative endeavors that demonstrate design proficiency.
• Capability to work across various products, brands, and creative directions.
• Ability to accept direction, receive feedback, and improve creative work swiftly.
• Passionate about product development, consumer trends, and building brands from concept to market.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.
• Interest in packaging design, label design, product mockups, ecommerce graphics, social media content, or brand marketing.
• Proficient in creating clean, modern, polished designs with a strong focus on typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
• Standard work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone).
