Graphic Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client feedback and revisions, guaranteeing client satisfaction while complying with the design brief.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions and the development of concepts for a variety of design projects.

• Foster innovative thinking and new ideas that challenge creative limits.

• Manage multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Create and uphold brand guidelines for clients and the Studio to maintain consistency across all visual communications.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize brand strategy with design efforts.

• Supervise the creation of brand identity components, including logos, color palettes, and typography.

• Direct the production of artwork and designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

• Work closely with the production team to address any design-related challenges that occur during the production phase.

• Manage workflow to guarantee the timely delivery of projects without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in design.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates creative design concepts and projects.

• Experience in designing for both print and digital media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Capability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts.

• A strategic mindset to convert business objectives into creative solutions.

• Attention to detail to ensure design work aligns with brand standards and client goals.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Comprehensive understanding of branding strategies and trends.

• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, promoting a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
