Graphic Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of graphic designers by offering guidance, constructive feedback, and support to ensure projects are executed successfully.

• Supervise the development of designs for a variety of digital and offline media, including websites, social media graphics, print materials, and branding assets.

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their design requirements, preferences, and goals, transforming these into actionable design briefs.

• Evaluate and approve final design concepts, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to brand standards.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to cultivate innovative ideas and concepts.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to promote ongoing improvement and innovation within the team.

• Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.

• Create a collaborative and supportive work environment that nurtures creativity, teamwork, and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with other relevant design software.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse array of design projects across multiple industries and media formats.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing workload, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with digital, print, and apparel graphics.
