Graphic / Communication Designer — E‑Commerce, fully remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creation and enhancement of digital marketing assets across all pertinent channels (website, advertisements, CRM, social media, marketplaces)

• Development of campaign materials for sales promotions and product launches — from the initial concept to final execution

• Crafting compelling creatives for paid advertisements (including variations and testing strategies)

• Designing CRM content such as headers, banners, and in-mail assets

• Designing website elements (e.g., product visuals, conversion components)

• Producing printed materials like flyers, mail inserts, or product manuals

• Ensuring a cohesive brand presentation across all touchpoints

• Assisting in the creation of design templates and guidelines for scalable asset production

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related qualification (e.g., Media Designer Digital & Print)

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or a performance-focused environment (e.g., agency, D2C, startup)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva

• Strong grasp of performance marketing and the criteria for effective creatives, along with a talent for copywriting

• Keen sense of branding, visual trends, and communication suited for the target audience

• Organized, independent, and solution-focused working style

• Fluent in German and English
