This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Oversee the entire grant life-cycle, encompassing research, proposal creation, submission, reporting, and renewals.

• Draft compelling, data-driven grant proposals, letters of intent, and associated communications.

• Ensure that all communications are clear, coherent, and consistent with the organization’s priorities.

• Collaborate with various teams and divisions to collect data, monitor deadlines, and synchronize messaging.

• Establish and nurture relationships with funding partners, providing timely updates and reports.

• Ensure precision, compliance, and excellent stewardship in all grant activities.

• Keep meticulous records of grant opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and reporting obligations.

• Contribute written content for both digital and print platforms, while actively engaging potential funding organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in nonprofit grant writing or major donor communications.

• Experience working within a communications and/or development team.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
